Blogspost 10 : Astral Sex

We are already familiar with what it’s like to have sex as a physical human being, but did you guys know that you can engage in sexual liaisons outside of your physical body? Yes, it’s true. You’re not limited to the physical. There is a whole other world of sex, pleasure, and unbridled passion awaiting you outside of your physical shell, so lets talk about it one by one and define it properly.

Dream Sex
Having sex in your dream is fun, pleasurable, and safe. It’s just you and your dream woman/man that you want to have sex with. You sometimes end up on a dream randomly having sex with hot actors and actresses. You can definitely do this as many as you want, as frequent as you want as long as you’ll be able to master lucidity, that’s one of the things that you could do in lucidity state.

If you’re a woman, dream sex can actually lead to having a real and true orgasm and most likely you’ll end up waking on your toes up and having a real orgasm.

If you’re a man, you get an erection and sometimes it gives you the feeling that on your dream while having sex the pleasure you get in real life of sex you feel your ejaculating, feels so slippery inside. And you’ll end up waking that you have a wet pants.

Dream sex can lead to a lot of frustration though. Most of the time it doenst lead to climax, so you wake particularly hot, bothered, and unfulfilled. Still worth trying though

Astral/Corporeal Sex
There is also a way to engage in sex where one person is astral. If you’re astral you can go visit someone who can do astral projection as well and have sex like a dream sex, its just that you are having interaction with a astral friend.

Astral Playmates
If you can find a partner who is also accomplished at astral projection, then the two of you can meet on an astral plane or place and have sex on astral state. The closer you are to each other emotionally, and getting more chance of meeting in certain places. The more chance you get and practice having sex with you astral mate.

Sex with Demons or Lower

Vibrational Entities
And now for the dark side of astral sex. Sometimes an entity that normally resides on the astral plane can come to you and stimulate you sexually for the purposes of swiping your energy.

Those entities can come to you against your will and rape you. While in astral state if you felt that an entity touches your special part of your body, call your angels as soon as possible or who ever saint or any deity you prat to, to come and remove the interloper pronto. Your energy is being violently taken from you. You will wake up feeling lethargic and it can take hours to replace that
energy.

Unfortunately sometimes people end up in a parasitic relationship with such entities. The entity gives you a ton of pleasure where in no human being can generate in real life. Wake up and get your self a real man that can totally satisfy you sexually, emotionally and felt love is more enjoyable and priceless, but if you think that losing minimal energy for a quick break sex then that’s fine as long as you end it right away and don’t do it frequently.

Blogpost 9 : Top Astral Projection Questions Answered

A lot of people seem to ask questions and wasn’t be able to get a satisfying answer about their questions. I’ve decided check on some list or most questions asked about “Astral Projection” which is sometimes beyond the possibilities in our waking life.
These are list of top Questions asked with other blog sites and the opinions and answer from the creator. So lets start from the basic one.

If I dream that I’m flying, is that astral projection?

No, you’re just dreaming that you are flying. If you wake up in your bed, then astral project, then go flying then you are astral projecting. But if you’re in some random dream and you take to the skies, you are not astral. But if you master flying dreams , it’s easier to become proficient at flying while out of body, so go ahead and practice having those flying dreams.

Once I feel the tingling sensation and/or hear the high pitched whine in my head then what do I do?
Once you feel that, you are separated still inside your body. It’s time to stretch yourself up and out. You can either follow your arms out, or some people like to roll out like you’re rolling onto the floor, and other people seem to go out feet first. It takes a lot of inner will to stretch up out of your body. It feels like you are walking through mud in the first few times you stretch your arm out of your body.

What or who are the entities waiting for me when I separate out of my body? Can they hurt me?
More often than not, when you separate you’re going to feel fear. And the entities you see and hear while this is happening are not the nicest welcoming committee on the block. You need to raise your vibration to overcome these fear,  call your angels or astral buddies to help you out. Turn your back on them and tell them where they can stick themselves. If you don’t, they will begin feeding on your energy.

Can someone take over your body while you’re astral?

No, Your astral cord is like a bookmark, it holds your place. No one can take your body even a demon, when you come back from astral projection and wants to go back to your body. This entity will only stay on the corner or be right beside you and stop or ask you if you really want to come back. Don’t bother talking to them nor don’t even listen to those blokes. Just simply step on your body once you come back.

Can I spy on living people while I’m astral?
Yes, Most likely it would take some serious concentration for you to visit any person and spy on them. Else these person you want to visit could have a strong bond with you that way it is easier for you to visit them, for a random person it would take some time. You were like a soul that spy on people, You can freak out cats.
A lot of things can be done in Astral Projection. All are possible even having sex in astral state and etc. But you need to be careful on anything that you’ll do, Don’t risk your self with just silly things that you want to do in astral state.

Blogpost 8 : WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF HAVIGN A LUCID DREAM

If you’re not familiar with the term “lucid dreaming,” it simply means that you become aware of your dream while you are still dreaming, You remain asleep, the dream continues as you can hold it and be aware of the whole time.

In my own opinion, it is very cool to master lucid dreaming it’s the most gratifying skills that you can have. But only few people are really into lucid dreaming. I've been reading a lot about lucid dreaming but seem to doesn't make any sense for me if I cant experience it my self, so I found some articles and information that I could use to increase the chance of me getting a lucid dream when asleep.

These are the 5 ways to increase your chances of having a Lucid Dream.

       1. Take a Nap
Lucid dream often occurs while you are napping. I'm not really sure why cause I am not a sleep scientist. 2 to 3 hour nap time will do. if you're tired from work you can have a quick nap in the afternoon.

    2.  Wake Up, Then Go Back to Sleep
If people normally sleep for 8 hours a day, set an alarm to wake you around hour 5 or 4. Lay awake in bed for 20-40 minutes. Get your phone check on Facebook, check something on the web and etc. Just make sure that you have at least 90 minutes to finish sleeping before having to get up for the day.

3.  Learn to Remember-Your Dreams
If you can’t remember your dreams normally, it’s gonna be harder to wake up during the dream and stay lucid. So you need to be aware of your non-lucid dreams. You’re basically waking up your mind but not your body. You can keep a pad of paper and a pen with you on bed and jot down some notes about your dream once you wake up.

4.  Immerse yourself in Lucid Dreaming
Talk about Lucid Dreaming with friends. Read books, read blogs to gather more information about lucid dreaming. Read some good to know information about lucid dreaming and know others experiences.

5.  Decide your Dream Content in Advance
Before going to sleep, think about what you want to dream about. Play it in your mind like your daydream or fantasy. This is how you program your mind to remember your dreams and actually give you the dream you’re thinking about. Most likely what happen is after you watch some horror movies or videos before going to bed gives you more chance of getting a lucid dream.

Now you have the proper ways to have better chances on getting a lucid dream to practice controlling it. Master the lucidity state and it will lead you to astral projection.

There are things that we want to explore where is not possible in waking life, but there are ways to exceed our limits in waking life by exploring things in dream.

Blogpost 7: “Astral Projection'

After all of the research I've done about dreams, I want to perfectly understand how “Astral Projection” works. I watched the Movie: Insidious I and II since the idea is not so real, but I have read a lot about Astral Projection or “Out of Body Experience” they call and I want to share everything I've read about the phenomenon.

I found an article that would explain a lot of things about this phenomenon from erinpavlina.com titled “Astral Projection: The Basics Explained” by Erin Pavlina. Astral projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your corporeal body. If the body houses your soul, as some believe, then astral projection is separation of those two and your consciousness goes with the astral body.

When you astral project, your body is left behind in a sort of stasis. By means it’s still alive and functioning even if the astral body is gone. A silver cord as it’s called, attaches your astral body to your corporeal body and keeps you connected. If the silver cord is cut, you die. If your soul continues on to its next destination then in real life that what we usually encounter with people who dies in their sleep.

Astral projection is different from Lucid Dreaming, In lucidity you can control your dream or imagine things under you own mind and subconscious. They are not real. You can control them. You can snap your fingers to create things that you want to and none of those things that you see are really there.

Alternatively, in astral projection, you are awake and leaving your body with your consciousness. There are no dream elements, anything that you see is real, or an astral plan as opposed to the Prime Material plane it’s called. Everything and person that you see is real it’s just that you can not see these living person in your waking life.

There are things that you could do when you are in projected state, You can help lost souls find their way to the after-life, encounter some positive and low-energy being to you and you can even meet and talk to your deceased relatives, gone back in time. Mainly you encounter souls or a friend who can do astral projection too. There’s no way not to know how to do astral projection, Learning astral projection takes some time, commitment and awareness of death.

What could possibly be the danger in doing Astral Projection? A lot of questions was raised from the article “The Dangers of Astral Projection”by Erin Pavlina. While you are in projected state your body is as susceptible to death as it normally be, someone can come to you while your body is sleeping and just choke you or stab you or cut your neck out.

If the Silver cord is our lifeline, how do we protect it and keep it safe? The silver cord is the most valuable thing and important as you go along with your journey, it serve as your connection from your astral body linked to your real body. The silver cord can extend as much it can and cannot be cut off or get twisted, guidance from God is what you need as you travel for him to keep your cord safe.

Can a demon possess you while you’re astral?“This was the biggest fear when I began” Erin said. A demon can only posses you if you let it, if you intend for it, if you’re vibrating so slow that you easily vacate your body just for some relief from your life. Like a vampire you have to invite it in.

This question gave me goose bumps “Is it even possible for you to have sex with demons in Astral Projection?”Demons vibrate at a level of consciousness that contains a lot of lust. Astral sex with other astral being is possible, and the orgasmic feeling is something you will likely never experience while in you’re body. But having a sexual union with an entity of a low vibrational frequency is probably not a good idea since you are feeding it some really vital energy when you consent to that. When it comes to demons, abstinence is your condom.

And the last crucial question from the article is “Can you get lost and forget how to get back to your body?”No, it wouldn’t be like forgetting where you live or get lost out on traveling to a different country, Demons are always there. You just need ignore them and do not throw out any energy to them like a dog asking for a bone, remember the only time you encounter demons or be possessed is if you entertain them. You might be delayed going back to your body due to negative souls but ask God’s guidance so that he’ll guide you to your body.

Having an Out of Body Experience doesn’t mean you are living the best of your life, it’s something that you may want to experience but it still depends on how you mangeyour self, This is not really advisable for people who are afraid of death since fear is a demons food, your vibration when you are afraid can be smelly to demons and once your awareness of things was taken out you may not be able to come back as soon as possible.

Blogpost 6 : Dream can be clues to our identities

In reality people had so much think of, specially if some people are focused on their emotion and think of what other opinion of feedback about them-selves in everything under the sun. this emotional state and situation may need some answer that can't figure out in our waking life.

An article from "Dream are clues to our identity" from Psych Central by Margarita Tartakovsky said that every time people dream of something we disregard our dreams in "walking life" as useless or view them in negative light. "Some might feel that their dream are scary, anxiety provoking and that they'd rather just wake up and feel fine again. Those folks tend to avoid the feelings that the unconscious is pushing them to confront in their dreams,” said Sumber.

“Dreams represent the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and our path in life. Dreams are typically the unconscious mind attempting to bridge understanding with the conscious mind.”

So how do we make sense f our dreams? In another article from Psych Central titled “How to Analyze Your Dreams(And Why It’s Important)” by Margarita Tartakovsky. Dream analysis is none of these things. And it’s actually a valuable way to better understand yourself.

Dreams have a symbol that’s only created by our conscious mind, that provides answer to our waking life consciousness and for us to figure each things about our dreams we need to do the first step.

Record your dreams. This is the most important step in analyzing dreams. Taking notes even few sentences that encapsulate the dream, literally draws the content of the unconscious out into the realm of the concrete.
Identify how you were feeling in the dream. Second is asking yourself how you feel with in the dream: “Was I scared, angry, remorseful, etc.? Do I still feel those feelings the morning after? How comfortable am I feeling these feelings?” Since human are always being called by our self unconscious self to feel into our ideas, thoughts and actions so as to gain a deeper sense of who we are and where we are going in our lives.

Identify recurring thoughts in your dreams and daily life. In dreams try to reminisce the situation: “Are you being chased?” “Do you understand the situation?” or “Are you going to make it through the situation.” And if you did had this thoughts on your dreams try to ask yourself in what situations have you had these thoughts?

Consider all the elements of a dream. You can be anyone or show in various ways as many times as you want in your dreams. We can find ourselves, our personalities, in many elements of the dream. Thoughts like “how to be a villain in the dream? What is it like to be the aggressor, or be passive?” Elements shows what you usually think of and what you want to do in reality, since you can explore a lot of things in dream.

Put down the dream dictionaries. We are unique with so many ways on our personality that define what we really are as a person, As you dream , you wander about your surroundings and ask ”Why am I here?” some places are familiar in our waking life nor we had been through that places before and suddenly people appears unexpectedly.

Remember you’re the expert. There are no experts other than yourself when it comes to your own psyche so don’t stop trusting your own inner guide to your unconscious.

You can learn a lot from even the most mundane dreams. Sometimes you just dream of a regular daily life: like eating an oatmeal. This simple dreams can yield thoughtful results that would really help you figuring things out, and as well as this simple ideas can be a “false dream” that you dreamt of regular day but suddenly you wake up and in real life. The thought that you felt like doing the regular daily life you had and suddenly you get awake again as it was just second dream.

You may be thinking that your dreams just aren’t fascinating, flashy or profound enough to explore. But even dreaming about simple things could be a thought of your unconscious mind that connects to your consciousness in waking life.

Blogpost 5: Fascinating Facts About Dreams

Several questions are left unanswered from this topic, it’s quite fascinating that there’s a lot to study about dreams. Previous research answered our question “Why people dream?”, “How do we benefit from dreams?” or “What are the kinds of dreams?” as we continue on studying “The biggest myth about dream is that they are frivolous manifestations reflecting basic occurrences of our daily experiences.” said Chicago psychotherapist Jeffrey Sumber.

But dreams are actually an important part of self-discovery, Later on three fascinating facts and finding about dreams will be discussed.

People with disabilities dream as though they don’t have them

An article from “Psychcentral.com” shows some “Facts about dreams” and one of the fact is that people with disabilities are perfectly normal in their dreams. “I was supposed to and wanted to sing in the choir. I see a stage on which some singers, male and female, are standing… I am asked if I want to sing with them. ‘Me?’ I ask, ‘I don’t know if I am good enough.’ And already I am standing on the stage with the choir. In front row, I see my mother, she is smiling at me… It is nice feeling to be on stage and able to chant.”

The dreamer of this dream was born deaf and doesn't speak. Two studies published in the journal Consciousness and Cognition have found that people with disabilities still dream as though their impairments don’t exist.

Other deaf participants gave no indication of their impairment: many spoke in their dreams, while others could head and understand spoken language. People born or recently paralyzed revealed something similar: they often walked, ran or swam, none of which they had ever done in their waking lives.

Dream mimics the current life situation and gives us freedom to link our unconscious mind to our conscious waking life, as it was a total different life situation which helps to make our waking life situations be better than what it currently is.

Studies suggest that our brain has genetically determined ability to generate experiences that mimic life, including fully functioning limbs and senses, and that people who are born deaf or paralyzed are likely tapping into these parts of the brain when they dream about things they cannot do while awake.

Younger people report dreaming in color more often that older adults

Researchers found that about 80 percent of participants younger than 30 years old dreamed in color, but by 60 years old, only about 20 percent said they did. The researchers speculated that color TV might play a role in the generational difference.

Since the researchers started the study by 2009 and managed to continue until 2012 which indicates the difference of the generation as younger children now a days had colored television compared to older ones that had a black and white television since they were born, however most young dreamers only indicates that they only remember few imagery of the dream as black and white or they are not sure at all since most of it is 100 percent colored.

“Older people have more black and white dreams” from “digest.blogspot.com”, said that If you dream in colour, you’re not alone” majority of the people today claim to have colourful dreams. According to Eva Murzyn at the University of Dundee there are at least two possible explanations for this strange anomaly. The first is methodological, The early studies tended to use questionnaires, whereas more modern studies use dream diaries (filled in upon rising in the morning) which involves interrupting people’s dream=filled periods of sleep to find out what they were dreaming about. People’s memories of their dreams are likely to be less accurate using the questionnaire approach and more likely to reflect lay beliefs about the form dreams generally take. Most of the time “REM-awakening” are vivid dreams that you only remember, usually it’s the most crucial part of your dream could be a nightmare that you remember from that vivid dream.

The second explanation has to do with black and white television and film. It’s possible that the boom in black and white film and television during the first half of the last century either affected the form of people’s dreams at that time, or affected their beliefs about the form dreams generally take.

According to Murzyn’s findings, it’s the explanation based on the media exposure that carries more weight. She used both questionnaire and diary methods to study the dreams of the younger and older one’s. Younger generation is most likely exposed to media and as their generation comes coloured television is there that most of the time catches with our memory and runs through imagination because of the things that we watched, unlike on the older ones what they most likely remember is the war happenings and most of the time the colour in real life by that time are just plain colours like black, gray, white, and a little bit of coulours on to it.

Several questions are left unanswered by this study. It’s not clear if the older participants really are experiencing more black and white dreams or if their memories or beliefs about dream that is influencing their reports. What’s fascinating about the study was about the impaired subjects that still give them opportunity to have a simple and regular life in their dreams which really helps them lessen their emotional feelings when it comes to their impairments, there’s a lot worth searching for with this topic

Blogpost 4: Why do we have nightmares?

This topic that we’ll be taking about is phenomenon that every human did experience since childhood, Nightmare is usually a dream that we are being disturbed and usually occurs before we awaken from REM sleep and most of the time this is our usual vivid dream. As we go on we digest into the root cause of Nightmares, we’ll know about the chances of having a nightmare and when does it occur in our sleep and causes of nightmares as well.

An article “Sleep Health Disorder:Nigthmare” from “WebMD.com” by Louis R. Chanin explained a lot about nightmares and actually answered all of my questions. First is “When Do Nightmares Occur?”,  and according to the article Nightmares occur in the middle of the night or early morning, and the question “What Causes Nightmares?” until today is unknown. However, being to tired, not getting enough sleep, having an irregular routine of sleep, and having stress or anxiety may all increase the risk of having nightmares. Nightmares can be related to a child’s development , and is a normal part of changes in our lives. But more often nightmares are triggered if a child or a person is afraid of something,  could be a ghost, a creature or tragedy in life.

Well it seems like I forgot to give a brief overview about nightmare. Nightmare is something that we see in our dreams that is really disturbing, could be a ghost, person that we are afraid of, a creature, or something that we saw in movies(this happens most of the time) or anything that we are being disturbed. Some genetic and psychological factors can also lead to nightmares. If a child had a family history of nightmares and it is most common in children, this includes mental retardation, depression, and certain diseases that affects the brain and can be associated with fevers, or can also occur after a trauma.

I believe that most of us in our childhood did experience this kind of nightmares, like ghost, or any disturbing imagery specially when we are still awake at night and we see things in the dark and specially when we see some illusions or if we watched a horror movie after, we intend to bring all of this kind of stuff in our sleep, which I believe it is true.

Blogpost 3: What are the health benefits of dreams?

People does have a lot of dreams at night, every time that we woke up we

sometimes feel  that dreams are real that it actually happens in real life and time. Have we

ever asked our selves if dreams are beneficial to our health?. Let’s take a look on some

articles and see how people benefit from dreams.

It’s  fun researching about dreams , because dream serves as our second world

and yet we do everything that we want and we can do some trial and errors in our dreams.

According to the article “The Health Benefits of Dreams” by “Neil Osterweil” from

“WebMD.com” ,that our health do benefit from our own dreams psychologically. The

dream likely a means of coping with a major life stress, our dreams does copy a major life

moments or happenings and reshape it in our dream and make a trial and error to know

what could be the possible out-come if we do a negative or a positive things to work

through the emotion related to it so that it is reduced by the morning. Another health

benefit is  dreaming may alleviate depression. According to the article, In sleep studies of

recently divorced women with untreated clinical depression, they found that patients who

recalled dreams and incorporated the ex-spouse or relationship into their dreams scored

better on test of mood in the morning. And they most likely to recover from depression

than others that doesn’t want to recall nor remember whatever happen.

I’ve been experiencing this before as well and I did notice that it actually helps your

emotions and look for resolution to your current circumstances or life events, and its good

to know that dreaming is really healthy psychologically and emotionally and it does

strengthen our spirit.

Blogpost 2: Kinds of Dream

After studying how people dreams and why is it happening on our sleep, let's talk about the things that we encounter in our dreams,The things that we imagine and explore in our own world when REM Sleep comes in. Emotions, feelings, fantasy is what we think of, we do things in our dream that we can't do in reality. Allow me to introduce to you how we fantasize not only when we are sleeping but when we are awake as well, dreaming is not only for people who sleep, that's why when we were idle we think of something just like we dream and the visual that we use is what we currently see while dreaming and then we go back to the real world just for a snap of a finger, and yet we still remember what we dream't of.

An article from "Dream Moods.com" written by a Unknown Author about his topic "Kinds of Dream" gave us idea what are the types of dream and what are their differences.
First is our favorite kind of dream and we does this most of the time in High School or when we're in class we Day Dream. Day Dreaming is classified as a level of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness. Studies show that you have a tendency to daydream an average of 70 to 120 minutes a day, well no wonder why in class the whole hour can be just a day dream and it usually triggers our daydream when we focus on a image, like looking in the window, watching cars pass by, when you're on road just watching the vicinity and as your begins to wander and your level of awareness decreases, you lose your self in your imagined scenario and fantasy.

Second type is False Awakening Dreams, Ever thought of you have waken up and gone about your daily morning routine: getting up, brushing your teeth, eating breakfast and going to work, only to wake up "again" and realize that what just happened is just a dream again. That is referred to as false dreaming, like the movie "Inception by Leonardo De Caprio" dreaming in a dream.

Third type is Lucid Dreaming, it comes when you realize you are dreaming. "Wait a second. This is only a dream!" Most dreamers wake themselves up once they realize that they are dreaming. Rarely others was able to remain in lucidity and control their own dreams and become an active participant, they can put anything that they imagine in their dreams add people just like making your own fantasy as in anything!.

Fourth type is Nightmare, a disturbing dream that causes you to wake up feeling anxious and frightened.
Nightmares may be a response to real life trauma and situations. Most of the nightmares are things in real life that you don't want to accept that it could happen, or a traumatic encounter or something that you really are afraid of literally, anything that could affect your emotions, or feelings.

Fifth type is Recurring Dreams, A dream that doesn't have any resolution, you wake up with out even knowing the final destination to fulfill your dream then you wake from your sleep and when you go back in bed again you get back to the same dream and look for the solution to satisfy your self and your dreams will cease.

Sixth type is Healing Dreams serve as messages for the dreamer in regards to their health. The Ancient Greeks called these dreams "prodromic". Many dream experts believe that dreams can help in avoiding potential health problems and healing when you are ill or when you are grieving. Research shows that asthma and migraine sufferers have certain types of dreams before an attack. Your bodies are able to communicate to your mind through dreams. The dreams can "tell" you that something is not quite right with your bodies even before any physical symptoms show up. Dreams of this nature may be telling the dreamer that he or she needs to go to the dentist or doctor. If you can understand the language of dreams, your dreams will serve as an invaluable early warning system.

Seventh type is Prophetic Dreams, which is very known in ancient century, The ability to see the future as they said and you need to interpret it using the key images or things that you see in your dream which helps to figure out a resolution in case it was a negative dream that would really impact so much.

Eighth type is Signal Dreams helping you make decisions in your waking life. Our body had the ability to imagine things that could answer your "what if" questions upon making decisions that could affect to someone else.

And finally our Nine'th type of dream is Mutual Dreams, describe as such when two people have the same dream. Mutual dreams may be planned, meaning two people work towards achieving one dream scenario, could possibly work, or someone that you love and both of you dream't of something in future that you were together. A very strong bond that exist between these two people.

Well that's a lot of dreams to discuss and as far as i know i already experienced all of this before, it's just that I can no longer imagine or remember what i dream't of before. But most of them are definitely remarkable in my life, dreams could be life changing and definitely help you on your everyday life or permanently towards success.
