In reality people had so much think of, specially if some people are focused on their emotion and think of what other opinion of feedback about them-selves in everything under the sun. this emotional state and situation may need some answer that can't figure out in our waking life.
An article from "Dream are clues to our identity" from Psych Central by Margarita Tartakovsky said that every time people dream of something we disregard our dreams in "walking life" as useless or view them in negative light. "Some might feel that their dream are scary, anxiety provoking and that they'd rather just wake up and feel fine again. Those folks tend to avoid the feelings that the unconscious is pushing them to confront in their dreams,” said Sumber.
“Dreams represent the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and our path in life. Dreams are typically the unconscious mind attempting to bridge understanding with the conscious mind.”
So how do we make sense f our dreams? In another article
from Psych Central titled “How to Analyze Your Dreams(And Why It’s Important)”
by Margarita Tartakovsky. Dream
analysis is none of these things. And it’s actually a valuable way to better
understand yourself.
Dreams have a symbol that’s only created by our conscious
mind, that provides answer to our waking life consciousness and for us to
figure each things about our dreams we need to do the first step.
Record your dreams. This is the most important step in analyzing
dreams. Taking notes even few sentences that encapsulate the dream, literally
draws the content of the unconscious out into the realm of the concrete.
Identify how you were feeling in the dream. Second is asking
yourself how you feel with in the dream: “Was I scared, angry, remorseful,
etc.? Do I still feel those feelings the morning after? How comfortable am I
feeling these feelings?” Since human are always being called by our self
unconscious self to feel into our ideas, thoughts and actions so as to gain a
deeper sense of who we are and where we are going in our lives.
Identify recurring thoughts in your dreams and daily life. In
dreams try to reminisce the situation: “Are you being chased?” “Do you
understand the situation?” or “Are you going to make it through the situation.”
And if you did had this thoughts on your dreams try to ask yourself in what
situations have you had these thoughts?
Consider all the elements of a dream. You can be anyone or show in
various ways as many times as you want in your dreams. We can find ourselves,
our personalities, in many elements of the dream. Thoughts like “how to be a
villain in the dream? What is it like to be the aggressor, or be passive?”
Elements shows what you usually think of and what you want to do in reality,
since you can explore a lot of things in dream.
Put down the dream dictionaries. We are unique with so many ways on
our personality that define what we really are as a person, As you dream , you
wander about your surroundings and ask ”Why am I here?” some places are familiar
in our waking life nor we had been through that places before and suddenly
people appears unexpectedly.
Remember you’re the expert. There are no experts other than
yourself when it comes to your own psyche so don’t stop trusting your own inner
guide to your unconscious.
You can learn a lot from even the most mundane dreams. Sometimes
you just dream of a regular daily life: like eating an oatmeal. This simple
dreams can yield thoughtful results that would really help you figuring things
out, and as well as this simple ideas can be a “false dream” that you dreamt of
regular day but suddenly you wake up and in real life. The thought that you
felt like doing the regular daily life you had and suddenly you get awake again
as it was just second dream.
You may be thinking that your
dreams just aren’t fascinating, flashy or profound enough to explore. But even
dreaming about simple things could be a thought of your unconscious mind that
connects to your consciousness in waking life.
